Located 12 km from the municipality of Aracati, Canoa Quebrada has been one of Ceará’s best-known and most popular beaches since the 1970s. The setting for films such as Fábio Barreto’s ‘Bella Dona’ (1997), the village is located on cliffs up to 30 meters above sea level.
